We will provide sketch schemes, taking in to consideration your requirements and available space. We will then provide a guide price. We can take you to see a similar loft conversion, so you can see for yourself the quality of finish and the additional space that you can acheive.
We can help to arrange an extended mortgage as our terms of payment run in-line with an independant valuation.
With your go-ahead, we will carry out a full measured survey and draw up plans for your approval, incorporating many design features and specific requirements. The approved plans will then be worked up and submitted for Planning if required (although not necessary in most cases) and Building Regulations Approval.

The site will be maintained as a secure and safe place at all times. The majority of work is completed using the new dormer construction as access via scafolding, therefore no mess wil be created in your home. Only when all the new space is boarded out, the dormer built and windows fitted, do we then break through to the first floor landing and fit the new stairs.
All fittings and finishes are completed with all wookwork left sanded and ready to paint. Plaster is left ready to take your chosen finish. All external decorations to be carried out before hand over. We will then hand over, with yourselves holding a retention for one month.
On final completion, you will be given the Local Authority documentation, including a Building Regulations Certificate and an Architect's RIBA Certificate. Regulars checks will be made to ensure complete satisfaction.
